We stand behind every quirky item we sell. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at info@knickerknackermarket.com with your order number and the item you wish to return
• We will send you return instructions and a shipping address
• Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items such as the rubber duck bath products cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective. Customized or engraved items (such as personalized trophies) are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing error.

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want without delay.
